Route Reviews Map Performance Update

Be advised that route review maps will now default to loading commercial generator points only on page load for any jurisdiction with more than 10,000 accounts. This change is being implemented to reduce map load times and improve overall functionality.
Residential points can still be selected using the filter. If your jurisdiction has a large number of residential generators, please be aware that loading these points may take additional time—approximately 1 second per thousand records, or longer depending on connection speed.
Thank you for your understanding as we continue improving performance.

Video Section in the User Manual

There is a Video section in the User Manual. It includes a video about how to use the user manual, and one on how to add users for Jurisdiction Admin users. There’s sure to be more. If there’s anything you or your team have particular issues with, that you feel a video would be helpful for, feel free to drop in a recommendation on the Customer Service form, and it might become a helpful video too!

Route Review Survey Submissions

Many users experienced survey submittal issues earlier this morning. Our tech team responded quickly and determined that an ESRI/Survey123 outage was the cause. Our field app uses ESRI/Survey123 technology for data collection. The outage is resolved and therefore surveys should submit properly. While we never want our clients service disrupted, please be assured that ESRI is a global leader in technology and the system of choice for most jurisdictions. If you or your auditors are still having issues, please feel free to submit a request on the customer service form, and we will make sure to get your service back up and running as soon as possible.

Route Review Survey Links

The Survey links are for addresses that are not on the map. This way an auditor can still enter a route review even if it does not have a dot.
